Engagements
Structure, scope, fees.
Every engagement has a defined scope, a defined rhythm, and a defined end. Fee ranges are below — exact terms depend on the situation, and we settle them in conversation, not in a proposal deck.

- Full operating authority, agreed scope, defined end date
- Organization and role redesign
- Operating system install (cadence, scorecards, reporting)
- Management team development and succession
Fee range — $30K–$40K / month

- You want to stay involved, but need someone to get the management team organized
- What's included

Fee range — $10K–$30K / month
Operating system install
A fixed-scope engagement that leaves your company running on cadence, scorecards, and defined roles — not on you.
- Who it's for
- You have the right team, they need discipline and focus
- What's included
- Disciplined weekly management meeting cadence installed and running
- Accountability chart — every seat, every role, one owner each
- Scorecards with the numbers that actually predict the month
- Reporting and comp design aligned to the chart
Fee range — $5K–$15K / month
Exit
I make the company saleable with clean data, process and financials. I stay with you through the Due Diligence, Negotiations and handover.
- Who it's for
- You are 2–5 years from an intended exit, and the business is too owner-dependent.
- What's included
- Owner-dependence audit — what actually routes through you, measured
- Management team built to run the company without the owner
- Reporting a buyer's diligence team will believe
- Transition plan with dates, not intentions
Fee range — Depends on phase/scope/sale price
